• Are you cash or credit?
  
  • ​We take cash, credit, and debit. We do not take cash larger than $20 bills. We can only take cards that have a swipe strip. We don't have compatibility to take card chips, Apple Pay, any tap and pay system, and/or Venmo. We also do not take checks.

• Do you sell alcohol, lottery, or tobacco products?
  • No. We occasionally may have an alcohol vendor on site but Turners Station does not serve.

 

• No pets or BYOB allowed. Why?
  • For liability reasons we do not allow non-service animals or outside alcohol on the property. This applies to all normal open hours and events.

 

• Does an emotional support animal count as a service animal?
  • By ADA standards, an emotional support animal is not considered a trained service animal and therefore we do not allow them.

 

• Can we get to the creek?
  • The only public water access is Crighton Access on Blackman Road.​    

• Do you serve burgers?
  • No. We have never served burgers.

• What's for hot lunch today?
  • Tuesdays we serve Taco Salad and Fridays we serve Frito Pie. All other days, please call that morning. You can call and reserve a lunch ahead of time - 417-880-1242.

 

• Do you still serve sandwiches?
  • Yes.

 

• What's your best sandwich?
  • We've narrowed it down over the years to those currently on the menu. See HERE for all our options.

 

• Didn't you used to have some big event in September?
  • We used to host the Community Picnic but our last one was in 2019. We will not be hosting another one. We do, however, have various other events throughout the year that you can check out HERE. See the CALENDAR for a more detailed look at what's going on this month.

 

• Does the candy barrel go all the way to the bottom?
  • Much to everyone's disappointment, no.

 

• Is it all Halloween candy?
  • Also no. We are always restocking the candy barrel and the candy counter year-round.

• Are we related?
  • If you have a Turner somewhere in your family, then probably.
